Ensuring the rights and care of the mentally retarded
and developmentally disabled are protected.

Each of our loved ones is precious and unique. On deciding where the mentally retarded and developmentally disabled live, our position is that one size does not fit all. Some people need the structure, support and ready access to 24-hour medical care found in our state developmental centers. Some people thrive in group homes. Some can live more independently in supportive living situations. It all depends on individual and family needs. At CASH/PCR it our goal to preserve this choice for individuals and families in the state of California.
